Ardagh install their second virtual reality training tool from VRMT

VRMT are pleased to announce that Ardagh have now installed our virtual reality training tool at their Gostyn plant in Poland. This is Ardagh’s second installation, the first unit was installed at Obernkirchen, Germany in January 2020.

Joanna Jurkowska, Ardagh Glass – Gostyń, Maintenance Engineer commented,

“We have started our cooperation with VRMT because we believe that virtual reality is the future and will help us to teach our operators more effectively. Glass manufacturing is a difficult and very complex process, and it often takes a lot of effort and time to understand it. The VR training is to help us prepare employees who would feel more confident when they start real job on the machine. Furthermore, they have a chance to fully understand the process and react faster to various incidents in safe conditions.”
